I really wanted to write a review on our experience with our real estate agent Chris Valentino. She did the most remarkable job in helping our mother sell the family home that she'd occupied for over fifty years. We chose Chris because we knew of her extensive experience and knowledge of the area as well as her reputation, but we had no idea just how good this woman is until we were in the middle of it! We are incredibly grateful for her expertise and insight in taking such good care of us and our mother.

My mother had accepted the first, all-cash offer and began to pack and get ready to move. Chris stayed finely attuned to the buyer's side of the process and in doing so, was able to discern they were negligent in fulfilling some of the basic conditions of the contract which would have put my mother on a lengthy delay in closing. This was rather difficult for our elderly mother to absorb because she was packing up and ready to move! Well our Ms. Valentino never missed a beat; she had stayed in communication with a second, backup offer during the contract process, keeping them apprised as they had requested. They had done their due diligence with Chris's updates and we were able to close in a very short and straightforward manner after all, which was such a relief! Anyone with elderly parents will know what I am talking about!

Now that's only the half of it - during this selling process, our mother had some very specific buying needs for her next home. Chris had her research done and found the exact home with the exact parameters. She completely nailed it! It was due only to her professionalism, genuine warmth and natural people skills with the sellers of that home and their agent, that we were able to view the home early and make the first (and accepted!) offer on a very popular listing. Chris orchestrated both ends of both transactions in the smoothest, timeliest and most gracious manner imaginable. Really. This phase in life can be so hard on an older person and supporting family but because of Chris and who she is as a person and a professional, it was actually a true pleasure all the way through. How many people can say that about a move and two real estate transaction within 8 weeks? Amazing. Truly amazing. Cannot recommend this wonderful agent highly enough!
